Jared and his team made buying glasses and sunglasses so much easier. And what do you know i walked out with 3 pairs. He was honest and transparent which was a big help for my big head! He should be the trainer for all future lens crafters stores.

Went to this location may 16th and ordered glasses they took a few days longer than expected to come back but when I went to get them they'd been made incorrectly they sent them away to be remade and was estimated a week for remakes, I'm now almost a week past that and I called to check on them and they're still not ready and won't be ready for at least another week at best, the staff were most unhelpful and not apologetic at all. This is beyond ridiculous especially for the amount of money I've spent. Don't recommend them at all.
Everybody was so helpful and friendly. Shelly is so great. She helped my wife and I pick out glasses we love. Great experience all around from check in to examination to choosing glasses. Thank You
I had an excellent experience with Jarol at the LensCrafters location in Citrus Park, Tampa. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all of my questions. Jarol was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience and genuine willingness to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. There was no pressure—just thoughtful guidance and outstanding customer service. If you visit the LensCrafters in Citrus Park, I highly recommend asking for Jarol. His expertise and professionalism made this one of the best eyewear purchasing experiences I’ve had when purchasing eyewear.
Awful customer service. I went in to pickup glasses and they did not have the anti reflective coating I paid for. Brian insisted they did have anti glare and acted annoyed and inconvenienced I would ask because they didn’t appear to. I also felt the pupil distance was off and he wouldn’t remeasure my eye he just measured the distance on the order against the actual glasses and of course it matched. That was not the issue. I got home and compared to my other glass lenses with anti glare to the new ones and there was zero coating on these. I had to drive 30 min to another Lens crafters and the store manager immediately said they have no coating and remeasured my pupil distance and it was in deed off by 2.5mm. Brian at citrus park was rude and either doesn’t know anything about glasses or doesn’t want to be bothered to do his job of taking care of customers.
