I was going to delay writing this review giving this company the benefit of the doubt, and how long I’ve been getting my glasses done at lens crafters. I received my lenses from the Jensen beach location in which I was unhappy with the frames and requested a refund not even a week after having them. The day I purchased the lenses I paid cash. I was expecting a cash refund but according to Mike the manager “they only keep 400 in the drawer”. 1st refund was placed 7/16/26 I was supposed to be issued a check 7-10 Business days and after a few weeks I returned to the store with a question on where my check was. My name was put in wrong and address was incorrect as well Mike the manager was there and corrected my information and said I should hear from them on that following Monday and I heard nothing . I live in west stuart once again I had to drive all the way back to the treasure coast mall and hunt Mike down who has never called me and still hasn’t called me till this day. The day today is 9/8/26 and I still have not received my check. I will tell everyone I know to never EVER DO buisnesss here.
