My wife and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The front-desk staff, dr. Blom, and doctor’s assistant were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The assistant was especially great in helping us with our glasses selection. Outstanding customer service all around—we highly recommend this LensCrafters team at the Avenues Mall.
After my eye exam, I worked with Will to choose new glasses. He was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while assisting both me and my 79-year-old mother. He made the entire experience easy and pleasant. Thank you, Will, for the excellent service!
Great location and well stocked with all of your eye needs. Ruby helped me today and she was super knowledgeable and friendly and very patient. I needed new glasses and the whole experience was fantastic. After insurance I paid almost nothing for the lens and frames. Ruby showed me about 20 different frames and was very patient until we found the right pair. Love the new glasses. I highly recommend this location.
I went to Lens Craftets for the first time. I haven used my vision insurance, but could tell I needed to get my vision checked. The staff were helpful, and the Doctor took his time and really explained things to me. I ordered my glasses and I was very pleased how the entire experience went
The eyeglass associate Will did a great job, and though I wasn’t planning on buying glasses then, he helped me to find the right pair, and when I saw how much cheaper they were here than at my eye doctor’s office, I decided to go ahead and order them! Great job Will!
