This location is wonderful! Dr. M. is so kind and helpful. Hubby has a very difficult prescription and this is one of the few places that works WITH him rather than AGAINST him. The receptionists, techs, and store associates are all so polite and not pushy AT ALL. You will be taken care of when you come here. What do you think of these Swarovski frames?

On April 20, David assisted me with selecting and purchasing my glasses. From the beginning of the interaction, David’s behavior made me uncomfortable. During the checkout process, he repeatedly tried to engage in personal conversation, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional for a retail setting. When it came time to check out, David asked if I wanted the one-year protection plan. I clearly told David that I did NOT want the warranty because I did not feel it was necessary. After I declined it, David then told me that he could give me the warranty for free based on something he saw in the system from a previous purchase. Because David stated it would be free, I agreed at that point. A few days later, I reviewed my receipt more carefully and saw that David had charged me $34.99 for the protection plan anyway. This directly contradicted what he told me at checkout. I called the store on April 30 to address the issue. When I went back into the store on May 1 to resolve it, David was the associate who assisted me again. When I asked David if he was the person I spoke with on the phone the previous day, he denied it, even though it was clearly the same person. During the in-store discussion, David gave multiple inconsistent explanations about the charge. At first, he suggested it may have been an “accident,” then stated that it could not have been added if I declined it, and then later tried to tie the warranty to a $50 discount on the glasses. However, the receipt clearly shows that the $50 discount applied to the complete pair of glasses—not the warranty. At no point did David clearly acknowledge what was said during the original checkout process. Instead, the explanation kept changing, which made the situation more frustrating and confusing than it needed to be. I also had to repeat my phone number and information multiple times during the process, which added to the overall inconvenience. I strongly recommend that customers carefully review their receipts before leaving this store and ask for clear confirmation of any add-ons during checkout. I will never be returning to this LensCrafters location ever again.

I went to LensCrafters’s at The Loop in Kissimmee to get my Ann eye exam. I went specifically to order the new Meta glasses because my coworker told me about them. All the associates were welcoming and spoke to me as soon as I walked in. Dani assisted me with looking at frames and answering my questions.is She was very helpful, friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted. A piece of advice that I didn’t know, you can use Afterpay or Klarna there for payment options. Dani is AWESOME! My experience was 5-stars!!
