Florida Eye Clinic – Kissimmee

We had an excellent experience at this office. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to make my mother feel comfortable throughout her visit. She had many tests done, and everything was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and compassion they showed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an experienced cataract specialist and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

This was my first meeting with Dr Ross A Parks to have my eyes examined for the possibility of glaucoma. He is a delight, for sure, A bit loquacious, which, as a retired lawyer, reminded me of myself. He was extremely detailed and informative in explaining the results of my eye exam. After his professorial "lecture," I had no doubt as to the nature of the issues affecting my eyes and the requisite treatment to ensure I would see even better as I continue along my journey to further old age, I'm 82. I look forward to having refreshed and revitalized eyes which will allow me to gaze upon the beautiful sights of life with enjoyment and much appreciation. I highly recommend Dr Parks' practice.

Came today for my glaucoma testing and it was painless and very thorough. All the technicians and Dr Patino were very nice . The optical technician Lourdes was able to resolve an issue I was having with my new glasses I received a couple of months ago . The front desk personnel were also very smooth. The feeling I got from this visit was " We got your back" and very appreciated. Thank you all again.

Seems unnecessary to schedule an appointment and show up earlier than on time and have to wait 45 mins to be seen while waiting room is packed. Seems everyone is scheduled at same time and everyone has to wait 40 plus minutes. Why not stagger the appointment times with reasonable wait times? Once I was called, Dr. Patino's assistant was very efficient and was done quickly then Dr. Patino saw me immediately afterward. I had a very pleasant experience overall, except for the wait time.

Good visit, I was in and out within 45 minutes. Dr. Parks always a nice Dr. I just wish the front desk staff were a little more pleasant, they don't even say good morning when you check in, the girl that checked me in didn't crack a smile not once. shouting people's names, why can't they just step outside of the reception and say your name? Much more civilized. Cost nothing to be pleasant. The girls that help the Dr are much more pleasant. Maybe they should train the front desk staff!
