My experience was excellent. 5 stars even 6. They were wonderful! I'm 76 and struggle with walking and they were patient and helpful. When I returned for my glasses, they treated me like an old friend they had known a long time. Dr. Nguyen has a top notch staff. Leyne, Sharon, Mina, Desiree, and Christina always have a friendly smile and are helpful. I can't wait to go next year. This may say my husbands name, but I am Diana. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first ever visit and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very polite and welcoming and the optometrist was fantastic & super detailed. I used to go to Lens Crafters and will now be coming here go forward.

They use my insurance 400 allow on my eye and gave me the free cheap one! She I had a problem with ideal second appointment left them found Florida optical went there and the same lady was there that was being rude to me! So I’m look at her she looking me I let it’s go because I knew it’s was her so I stay because I really needed my glasses!! They took me to the free cheap glasses and told me them the only one I can choose from and they was new balance but the one I pick up was cheap with no name on it’s! They try to make me pay 275.00 more!! Very rude and not rite I’m on the phone with them now and they keep playing game putting me on hold

I had the best experience with Natalie. I will definitely schedule my next appointment with her and I sorry but I don’t remember the other ladies name who also helped me, but they both spoke English so that made my experience so much better.

I appreciate the friendly and professional service from Sharon Atanacio to myself and my husband. Her gentleness and patience is so appreciated.
