Absolutely Outstanding Service! I want to take a moment to leave this review because I honestly haven’t experienced this level of care and customer service in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the doctor. She wasn’t only attentive to me during my appointment—she was genuinely attentive to every patient in the office. She would personally come out to the waiting room to check on people, ask if they were okay, and make sure they were being taken care of. That level of personal attention and genuine concern really stood out to me. I also want to recognize the gentleman who helped me with my glasses. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything, helped me choose the right frame, and guided me through the options to make sure I chose what was best for me. I never felt like he was simply trying to sell me something. I truly felt that he cared about helping me find the right glasses for my needs. I had prism lenses made, and I left feeling extremely happy—not only because of the glasses, but because I felt heard, cared for, and truly valued as a patient. The care and attention from both the doctor and the gentleman who helped me with my glasses were exceptional. People like them make such a difference in the healthcare experience. I highly recommend this office! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointed by the Lack of Patient-Centered Care I have been getting my daughter’s myopia/multifocal contact lenses from this office for years, purchasing anywhere from six-month to yearly supplies. Unfortunately, I have become increasingly disappointed with the way patients are treated and the lack of consideration for families who are trying to manage the cost of necessary vision care. The office is always quick to recommend additional products, services, and upgrades, but when it comes to informing patients about legitimate ways to save money, such as manufacturer rebates or available promotions, there seems to be very little effort. As a single mother, I have to be mindful of every dollar I spend. The office knows this, and after years of being a loyal customer, I would expect them to mention available rebates or savings opportunities when I am purchasing expensive contact lenses for my daughter. Instead, I have repeatedly had to find these savings opportunities myself. I want to be fair and clarify that Dr. Sam Kristine has been okay in my experience. My biggest issue is with Ken, the optometrist. My interactions with him have left me feeling that he is extremely non-caring and far too focused on the financial side of the business. The overall experience has made me feel like the patient is viewed more as a greenback than a person. This isn’t about expecting something for free. It’s about patient care, transparency, and consideration. If you’re going to make sure patients hear about every opportunity to spend more money, you should also make sure they know about legitimate opportunities to save money. After being a loyal customer for years, I find this extremely disappointing. Patients deserve to feel valued and cared for, not like they’re simply another transaction.

Everyone who works there is super nice, knowledgeable and professional. This place has the warmth of the old fashioned professional office! Prices are very competitive, selection is great and it is a locally owned business! Highly recommended!

Dr Sam is okay but sometimes I question the lack of empathy and integrity from Premier Vision, even in their customer service. If I had three words to describe this office, I would use these: Money-driven. Impersonal. Uncaring.

She is incredibly thorough and detailed in her assessments, and she always takes the time to explain every part of the exam—what she’s checking for, what to expect, and what she recommends. I really appreciate her holistic approach ⚕️💙, asking about overall health, medications, and anything else that could be affecting our vision. The office staff is equally wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient 🙌🏽. There’s never any wasted time, yet they always make sure to go over options, pricing, and insurance coverage without rushing⏳️. And a small but meaningful detail: their playlist is *always* on point! 🎶 A perfect mix of 90s–2000s hits that creates such a welcoming atmosphere every visit. The equipment is modern and top-of-the-line 🖥️🔬, and the team includes Spanish speakers. Dr. Sam herself communicates perfectly in Spanish, which makes my dad especially happy and comfortable. Yes, getting frames and glasses from a local small business can cost more than ordering from a big online shop—but the quality, service, and trust we get here are worth every penny ❤️. I’m always happy to support them and order at least one pair of glasses for both me and my dad 👨‍👧, and they’re usually ready within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Sam and her amazing team! 🌟
