Juan F. He is the Best. He went above and beyond to make sure i got my glasses. Communication and customer service skills on point . He’s so good my daughter decided to get her glasses here also
Please check out LensCrafters at Macy’s in Pembroke Pines. Store is amazing and so are the employees. Especially Juan. Went to fix my shades and his customer service and professionalism was second to none. 10/10
I had a wonderful customer service experience at this store, I had been struggling with worn out glasses for over a year now and I was able to find the perfect pair. Also, Juan was of great assistance into finding the perfect pair!
My husband has had a terrible experience at this store. He ordered prescription glasses at the beginning of December 2025. The representative advised him that the glasses would arrive within a few days, which they did, but the prescription was completely wrong. We were told we would receive the corrected glasses with the right lenses within 7 business days. Now it is January 14th, and the store continues to give me the runaround, telling me that a manager will follow up because they are very “busy.” However, no one ever returns our calls. This has become a nuisance, as he cannot properly see since he does not have his glasses with the correct lenses. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this store, as they are very disorganized and cannot provide helpful information on when my husband’s glasses will be ready.
Had the nicest and most helpful salesperson and the eye doctor was amazing he helped me figure out which contacts worked best for me. Thank you Raina for your incredible help
