I can’t say enough good things about the crafts of April at LensCrafters. Somehow, she always find the time(and the patience)to fix what feels completely unfixable. From everyday wear to grandchild-level damage to my sunglasses, she takes one look and calmly gets to work. Every visit feels like I’m in the hands of someone who truly cares about their customers. Kind and skilled-this is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. If you have glasses that you think are beyond saving, bring them here. Chances are, they’ll work their magic.

I have come back to this store two years in a row for my glasses now. When my lenses were messed up with a factory defect and it took me three weeks of toughing it out to bend my pride and take them back? They did not hesitate to examine and order new lenses to fit the frames, my eyes and the extreme transitions while letting me hold onto what I had so I was not in pain for the week and a half it took for the new lenses to come in, and make sure they were perfectly tooled. They help me stay within budget as well as get what I need to aid in my condition. Because of the great experience two years in a row I will be back next year as well. They have made a loyal customer of me.

Called in to use my protection plan and order new lenses. 2 months later I had to go in store because apparently they had never actually ordered them. Kristie is amazing, I am only giving 2 stars because of April's lack of customer service. There is also a rude skinny white guy with glases that you want to avoid. This guy acts like you are an inconveniance. Anyways thanks Kristie for sorting my issue out!!

This place is very conveniently located in Tulsa Woodland Hills Mall. My family has been coming here to get our glasses for last five years. Store Manager April Herman takes good care of our needs. She understands how to make our glasses fit right and look good.

They push you to buy the most expensive contacts, don’t call you when they’re ready and then lie about not having your correct contact information even though it was confirmed in person after the appointment. Also didn’t let us know you needed an appointment for a fitting and lied that they let me know over the phone when I called about the status of the contacts order. We ended up not taking the contacts and went somewhere else. Overall don’t recommend because it’s a complete waste of time.
