I stopped by Visions Unique Eye and Sunwear in Tulsa today because I had switched lenses into a pair of frames and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t see correctly. It turns out I had installed the lenses backwards! The ladies there were so kind and gracious. They fixed my glasses, made sure everything was adjusted correctly, and had me seeing clearly again in just a few minutes. When I asked what I owed them, they told me there was no charge. That simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, these ladies went above and beyond with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye care team that truly cares about people. Thank you for turning my embarrassing moment into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely remember your kindness!

If you live in Tulsa or the surrounding area, you can’t go wrong with this wonderful store and the great service! While visiting in Tulsa, I broke my IC Berliner frames (German made and not cheap). Entered Visions Unique where I was immediately met by Diana. I told her I was looking for an optician to fix my glasses and she looked at them and told me to have a seat. She returned 3 minutes later having replaced a tiny but very necessary part and reattached the earpiece to the frame which is tricky. She also brought out a cookie as a gift and there was no charge. My only regret about my visit to Visions Unique is that I don’t live in Tulsa so it’s unlikely I will be able to buy my next pair of glasses there.

Diana was absolutely wonderful! And she sent me home with cookies for our entire family! She was patient and super helpful while I tried to find the right pair of glasses, they have a new loyal customer now! Highly recommend

Diana Cheek is the most professional and sweetest person I have ever met. I’ve been at many places and had many bad experiences. I told her I don’t know what brand contacts I need because the prescription I’ve got from Stanton was not showing the brand that gaved to me. I was so confused. She just wanted to try me some contacts and she didn’t even know if I’ll buy it or not. We need more people around like her who doesn’t do their jobs just to earn money. Thank you millions ♥️

Diane was very helpful. She was very patient and gave good feedback. She helped pick out different glasses and gave us different offers to help us in making our decision. She was very hospitable as well.
