I only came in for glasses, as I had my exam elsewhere. I had a excellent experience. This location was very clean, organized & offered a wonderful selection of frames. The gentleman who assisted me was very professional, patient, helped with great suggestions & found the managed my very confusing insurance. An all round great experience. I would highly recommend this location.

I stopped by LensCrafters because I needed help fixing a pair of sunglasses, and the team was incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed them on the spot and didn’t charge me anything. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Lents Craft located in Pembroke Lakes Mall! I came in with an eyeglass emergency and was immediately taken care of. Abbi, one of their workers, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to help me get the glasses I needed right away. I truly appreciated how she handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this store — especially if you need prompt, personalized service!
