The staff at LensCrafters were amazing and the office was great. They guided me through the process of selecting my glasses. They made me feel very comfortable from beginning to the end. I truly had a great experience from the entire staff and the doctor. I was greeted with lots of smiles and laughter. This is why I essentially.returned to this location for the experience !! Thank you !!
This is the 2nd great experience I’ve had at Lens Crafters. The whole staff was down to earth; as helpful. Mike especially, patient, and very helpful. Plus, he has a great sense of humor. It was near closing time and I still was treated with patience and respect. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you!!! I’m picky and can be a Karen, but they brought the real Brandi out. I also got an amazing deal, or promotion, but saved me a lot of money considering I paid out of pocket. Highly recommended. Chefs kiss.
Easily the best eye doctor experience i've ever had, and i've been wearing glasses since i was in 5th grade. From the minute I walked in, everybody was very kind and attentive. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Rachel - she's very knowledgeable, very patient and well spoken, just overall great to be around. She eased my nerves (this was my first time going to the eye doctor alone lol) and answered the never ending slew of questions I threw at her. The eye exam was quick and the doctor was very kind. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike the sales associate. He was a great help in picking out my new frames. He kindly gave me quotes for a couple frames with and without different extras (blue light, scratch resistant, glare resistant, etc.), was very informative about the discounts and applicable policies, and just an overall great time. He’s a terrific conversationalist and a bright light to be around. I witnessed him juggling different customers flawlessly, and appreciated how thorough he was. Absolute 10/10 establishment with an even better staff
Stopped in recently for a minor adjustment and repair. Melissa was just awesome! She quickly fixed my issue and wouldn't allow me to pay for it, even though I bought the glasses from her close to 2 years ago. Super friendly customer service is what keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!
I can not say enough about the exceptional experience I had at LensCrafters in Tallahassee today! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I came in to check out the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and ended up leaving with not only those but also a pair of stunning Gucci and Versace frames. So, if you're looking for high-end glasses and great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
