I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to the assistant manager, Lori—she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Lori helped me find the perfect frames and made sure my prescription was exactly right. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The entire team worked efficiently, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. If you’re looking for great service and a team that actually cares, I highly recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be back!

This location by far has been the best and easiest trip I’ve ever made to purchase glasses. I got my two pairs one in clear and one in Oakley sun glasses. I’m absolutely in love with my new frames. And want to give a shout out to Natalie for helping me find them and design them. When I picked up my glasses I got them adjusted perfectly to me. Thank you Natalie for going above and beyond! I will be back to see her for future pairs and adjustments!😎🤩

Monica was so accommodating to my needs and actually took the time to measure what I needed! I was here last year and my glasses didn’t work out for me but I am so happy with my new frames! Plus she’s super fun and easy to talk to on top of being professional. 10/10 would recommend her and this store!

Virginia at you Huebner Oaks store was the most helpful. I informed her of my likes in frames and while waiting for my exam she went around made some choices based on my feedback. She came up with 10 perfect choices except one that stood out amongst the rest. We both agreed that pair looked the best. She save me a lot of time and stress choosing out a frame
