I hadn’t been back to the Southland Mall location in a while because I assumed they were no longer there — but to my pleasant surprise, they are! From the moment I walked in, Chris, the manager, provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. When I returned to pick up my eyeglasses, the great service continued. That’s when I met Xemenia, who was just as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s rare to find a team so consistently attentive. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality service and care.

Rhianna is amazing! I walked around the mall and asked 2 sunglasses places if they could help me, they both recommended LensCrafters. I walked in without much hope of finding what I needed. Rhianna took the time to listen and problem solve and fixed my glasses on the spot! She was friendly and extremely helpful!!! Thank you so much!
