Don't use American's Best. I was told that contacts purchased online could be returned in-store. After trying the trial contacts, I found them uncomfortable after only a couple of hours, so when the unopened contact lens boxes arrived in the mail, I went back to the store to return them. The return process was handled very poorly. It seems America's Best fails to hire or train capable staff, as the employees cannot process a simple return without constant hand-holding from management. I was told that only a manager could process the return, but no manager was available. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would need to come back at a time that was essentially based on the store's convenience, not mine. It is frustrating that a basic return could not be handled by the staff present, especially after I had been told in advance that an in-store return was possible. The experience left me feeling dismissed and inconvenienced. I ultimately left without completing the return and disposed of the unopened boxes. I will not be using America's Best again, and I would caution others to think carefully before purchasing contacts from them, especially if they may need to make a return.
