Outstanding, very positive experience from start to finish! Upon returning from overseas, I had through care provided during a recent urgent visit to Jervey Eye Group. • Scheduling & Front Desk: Melissa was fantastic—she fit me in for a same-day appointment if I could arrive within 15 minutes! Upon arrival, I received a warm greeting with zero wait time. When handed my intake paperwork, I was called back so quickly that they kindly told me I could finish filling it out in the exam room. • Clinical Care: Kelly took my incident history and efficiently prepared my left eye with drops for a dilated exam. Dr. Gustave was brand new to me, but he made a great impression. He conducted a very thorough exam, asked detailed questions about my incident, and clearly explained what happened and what symptoms to watch for. I felt completely reassured by his expertise and advice. • Checkout: Before leaving, the staff provided a printed copy of my exam notes upon request. From scheduling to checkout, the entire team was efficient, professional, and reassuring. I left a very satisfied patient and highly recommend Jervey Eye Group!

I am a new patient but already, I am impressed by the kindness and clear communication offered by every staff member I have encountered. I did not hesitate to schedule a surgery with these dedicated professionals and have every confidence in their care.
I will be changing my son's eye doctor, due to EVERYTIME we have an appointment (& we always select mornings due to it supposedly being easy, convenient and quick), we ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR! WE COME BEFORE EVERYONE YET EVERYONE IS CALLED BACK AND LEAVES BEFORE US. THEN THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES WHICH WE ALWAYS GET THERE BEFORE THE GRACE PERIOD, BUT YET WE ARE ALWAYS LAST!!! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICES OF JERVEY EYE TODAY!!!! THEN WHEN MY SON IS FINALLY CALLED WE ARE IN A ROOM FOR HOURS! NOTHING IS QUICK ABOUT THE VISIT. I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT 8AM WITH A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES AND YOU ARRIVE BEFORE THE 10 MIN.TIME, YOU SHOULD BE CALLED WITHIN 15 MINUTES NOT 40 MINS!!!! AGAIN I WILL BE CONTACTING JERVEY CORPORATE OFFICES AS WELL AS LOOKING FOR NEW OPTOMETRIST!!! I'm just not a fan of having an appointment time slot but being called back an hour later from a waiting room. While people that have come in AFTER US are ALL CALLED BACK BEFORE US AND ARE OUT OF THE DOOR WITHIN ONE HOUR AND MY FAMILY AND I HAVE TO SIT FOR HOURS WAITING TO BE SEEN!!!! IT'S UNACCEPTABLE AND WE ARE NO LONGER IN THE 50s
Dr. Davis was thorough, professional and pleasant. While getting my eyeglass prescription filled, Kelsey was a pleasure to work with. Very positive and helpful to someone that had never worn glasses before other than readers.
Glasses are more expensive here. My daughter has different needs and I feel like Jervey could accommodate her needs a little better by maybe just maybe having a children's section. She had a huge meltdown and there were like 50 people in the waiting area all mostly adults scattered in there strange layout of a waiting area. We were obviously bothering the clients in the waiting area so I finally got fed up and asked if we could go to a freaking room. I'm sorry we were so much trouble! Everyone just seemed annoyed but probably not as much as me wrestling a screaming 3 year old. This was right after the construction. We only went back to get record transferred. It's hard to believe that a place will take children and all the children but have no space for the children. How crazy
