I stopped in after my dog chewed up my glasses, leaving the metal wiring exposed. I couldn’t afford to replace my prescription glasses right now, so I was hoping for a simple repair to get me by. Matthew went above and beyond to help. He took the time to fix my frames, made them comfortable to wear again, and didn’t charge me anything. It’s rare to find businesses that genuinely care more about helping people than making a sale, and that’s exactly how I felt during my visit. Matthew treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect, and I never felt like I was just another customer. Because of the exceptional service I received, I know exactly where I’ll be buying my next pair of glasses. The team at the Bridge Street location in Huntsville was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help facilitate my vision needs. My wife and I were very impressed with their friendliness and outstanding customer service skills, as well as with their facilities.
