Lenscrafters

My husband and I wanted to get our yearly glasses. We had our updated prescription with us so we drove all the way out to Town Center, basically passing right by Regency. Regency is in such poor repair I never even think of going there for anything. The lady at Town Center was rude and she told me a bald face lie about the lenses I wanted. We left. We decided to try the Regency location and wow. What a difference. We were greeted by Shana Houston. She was so nice. She was the only one working. There were 2 others plus a couple on hold. Shana was busy. Shana handled it with perfection. She is polite, has such a great demeanor and above all, Shana is a professional. She knows her business. I certainly will be back and I highly recommend Regency LensCrafters over Town Center any day.

I only go to this location because the customer service is exceptional. Erica and Curtis are so kind and personable. They were very patient with both me and my daughter who was picking out her first pair of glasses. As long as they are there, I will keep coming back. Every person on staff (even if I don't know their names) was helpful and easy to get along with. This includes the staff at Mack Eye Care where we get our prescriptions.

I’ve been to many LensCrafters over the years and the regency store is by far the best! Let me just say Shana and Erica are absolutely amazing!!!! They are both so personable, friendly, honest, patient and professional! They make you feel comfortable and not pressured as if they’re just trying to make a “sale”. Shana will definitely tell you if a pair of glasses looks good or not lol and I love that she is amazing! They really are just the best and I would recommend asking for either of them if you come in!!

Andy, Erica and Shayna was so helpful and patient with me. I must’ve tried on 40 pair of glasses.They stepped in, gave their honest opinion and helped me find the right fit making sure I left with glasses that I LOVED. This was my first time visiting and now Lens Crafters have gained a customer for life!

I had an amazing experience at Lens Crafters today and had to share. The customer service was phenomenal- everyone was smiling and more than happy to help and answer my questions. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I came in just for an exam, but after the amazing service I ended up ordering contacts AND I’ll be in this weekend for new glasses! Highly highly recommend 😊.
