I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters at the Town Center location. I have not been in years before this trip and I was impressed with the customer service right away. Upon entering the store, I was immediately and enthusiastically greeted by Daniel. He helped me pick out my Ray Ban Meta glasses, I was torn between two different frames and he provided several details and features that helped me make my decision. I didn’t have my insurance card with me, but he was able to get me pulled up and my new lenses/ frames ordered quickly. It was Mother’s Day and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Upon leaving I arrived home to find on the receipt the wrong frames were ordered, I called and Daniel advised he will get it fixed and not to worry! Once my glasses arrived at the store, I returned to pick up but unfortunately they were still the wrong ones, but the young lady quickly re ordered the correct ones! I returned again to pick up and this time Nikki helped me, I had trouble with slippage on my nose/ears and she was able to adjust my new glasses to fit better and even gave me a recommendation to help! Love my glasses!! Friendly and professional staff, clean environment and overall good experience!

I recently visited Lenscrafters with my fiance. We were met with a friendly greeting and received excellent customer service from Daniel. He was a tremendous help and offered additional moral support while my fiance hunted for the perfect new frames. Daniel has a proactive mindset and went above and beyond to make it a seamless experience. We would highly recommend the Town Center location.

From the initial phone call to the store, through the entire experience in the store, it was the most pleasant buying experience for eyeglasses I have ever experienced, thanks primarily to Daniel. Daniel answered the phone when I called to inquire about frames for my son and was very helpful and pleasant. We visited the store the following day and the other folks working in the store were also very pleasant and helpful. Daniel did an incredible job working with my teenage son to help him get comfortable with a new frame, that he would enjoy wearing. Even my son was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Daniel! We never felt pressured into buying anything with Daniel. That's a welcome change from previous experiences buying glasses elsewhere.

I went to LensCrafters at the St. John’s Town Center to find a replacement pair of glasses for the ones that I broke. I met with Daniel and he was very helpful in locating a pair of semi-rimless frames. I like that he said to try on the glasses and take a picture. Then take a second picture of the tag with the model number. I went home and did my research, checking prices and customer reviews. My internet search found me a similar less expensive recommendation. My second trip to LensCrafters, Daniel again helped locate both frames and help me choose the best fitting pair. Two days later, with a new prescription in hand, Daniel completed my order and helped find the best discount. It was a great experience, and I would recommend Daniel for his great support and patience.
