⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience at LensCrafters! Stephanie and the entire team went above and beyond to help us with our glasses. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly. The repair was handled quickly and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It’s hard to find a team that combines expertise, efficiency, and a great attitude, but Stephanie and the crew delivered on all three. If you’re looking for eye care, eyeglasses, frame repairs, prescription lenses, or simply great customer service, I highly recommend LensCrafters. This is my first visit, Dr. J P, she is very nice and professional, explaining with patience. They are really busy today, but she takes her tome to explain to me. The intake assistance manager Austin, is also very friendly and nice to help me sign in and getting my glasses (& sunglasses) he recommended me to try as possible as I want.( Despite they are really busy )I feel bad for the intake team, why they need to stand, why can't their owner provide a chair, so that they can be as professional as other medical front desk. And it's good for their knee and feet. The other gentle man who helped me for my eye exam, sorry, don't know his name, but he is also very nice, he also warned me to sit carefully. Overall, this is a 10/10 satisfaction visit.

Needed a quick adjustment on my prescription eyeglasses, and first off, everyone was so welcoming! Nelly greeted me right away and asked what I was in for. I explained what I needed, Jeremy stepped in, tightened the arms, and voilà… magic! My glasses fit perfectly, and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes!! Amazing customer service and such a friendly team. Thank you, Nelly and Jeremy!

I want to compliment the professional care provided by Nelly at LensCrafters at the Topanga Mall. She listened attentively to my complaints on how my glasses needed adjustment and resolved all issues. I recommend her highly, she knows her products, finds solutions and has a great skill of listening and finding solutions. You have a terrific associate! Nelly and Jeremiah at LenseCrafters were two wonderful associates that took care of my sunglasses. I came in with a stripped screw on my Ray-ban aviators and I needed professional help. Nelly was more than happy to step in and help me. She and Jeremiah worked together to remove the stripped screw in order to replace the cracked lenses. They had the sunglasses ready with the new lenses in 15 minutes from the moment I walked in. Great team!
