I had such an amazing experience at Macy’s LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. A huge thank you to staff and doctor for going above and beyond. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. You can really tell they care about their customers and work great as a team. Huge thank you to Ramiro for showing me my new everyday pair.

I just want to thank the team. I previously visited the center by Nordstrom I left very upset as their service was horrible I then stumbled across the lens crafters in Macys. And the customer service was beyond amazing from the moment I walked in to the duration of my visit. The manager I believe her name was Yvette went above and beyond to help finalize my sale. Working with Ramiro I went from maybe buying a pair to multiple. The whole team was very sweet everyone should come here for the best experience through and through. Excellent visit! The exam was quick and easy, and Stephanie the Doctor's assistant was more than helpful. Many nice choices of frames. I highly recommend.
