Don and Abbey saved the day by repairing my son’s eye glasses that have been broke for a month. They quickly repaired them and provided great customer service and didn’t hesitate to help us last minute.
One side of the nosepiece on my sunglasses had broken and I asked Don, who was sitting at the desk if it could be fixed. He said yes and please come back in 20 minutes. I did so and the sunglasses fixed perfectly. I was prepared to pay for this service but Don said no charge. Super nice- I really appreciated his time and effort.
Daryoush was so amazing! I brought in a pair of glasses that were not originally purchased from lens crafters. I asked him if he would be able to adjust mine as they kept sliding off my face! Without hesitation he got to work! He finished them so quickly and they fit perfect now! He was so kind and I'm so greatful to have stumbled upon him as other optometrist refused to touch my glasses as they weren't purchased in house! Don't hesitate to visit this location, you won't regret it.
Nelly and Reuben were a delight! Reuben helped readjust my current frames to the right fit. Nelly is the perfect host for helping you find the right frames for your face shape. Very welcoming and knows how to make you feel comfortable so you don’t feel pressured. I visited with my 6 year old and she accommodated both of us without any issues! Best experience i’ve had at a LC 🤩
They were amazing. I walked up to them. I had a pair of glasses of mine that were brought know we’re broken that my dog stepped on and they said give me 1520 minutes I fixed they fixed it and didn’t charge me anything they would do you call it the amazing customer service they they just told me to give them a Google review on here so I wanna give them a glowing review. They’re amazing.
