Great experience! They fixed my sunglasses, which I really appreciated. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped by LensCrafters today and Ingrid helped me out she was really nice & attentive! She helped me from the beginning to end even with helping me decide which frames to pick because I’m real indecisive. I would recommend to hit the LensCrafters in Macys rather than the one located in the mall since Ingrid and her coworkers are so much nicer!

Visited the store with a pair of severely damaged glasses after Costco said no to repairing them and Cathy went above and beyond assisting me and repairing them perfectly. Cathy has excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming back for any other glasses needs.

They are out of network for insurance especially VSP. Great customer service however if you want maximum benefits then Lens Crafters is the not the right provider.
