They adjusted 4 of my designer glasses for no charge within 10 minute. Amazing customer service. I needed my temple arms all adjusted and they were able to do it no problem. 5 stars without question. Will be back in the future.

These are the glasses I bought two days ago. I had a truly terrible experience at this store. I purchased a pair of frames—without lenses—for which I paid $400. The glasses were not properly adjusted for me at the time of purchase; as a result, the arms of the frames pressed painfully against my temples. After wearing them for an eight-hour workday, I suffered from a severe headache. I am absolutely furious, and I will never set foot in this store again. I am posting this in the hope that the staff will reflect on their practices; this entire experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge anyone considering visiting this store to think twice before doing so. It was a truly abysmal

The finest lens craft store! I give them a five star. I thought my Cartier eyeglasses can no longer be useful to me but the store made it new again. Thanks to the great team of workers at the store

I came into LensCrafters store to get new glasses. My dog chewed my older pair. Immediately Catherine Polanco assisted me. Sad part I needed to return another day because I didn’t have a current prescription. I returned three days later and there was Catherine again eager and willingly to help. She was patient and listened intently to what I was looking for. I think I tried on about 70 pair of eyeglasses. I felt so bad, I even offered to help put them back. Catherine stated that’s her job and she wanted me to find the best pair that suited me. I left that day with a purchase of three pair of eyeglasses. She has amazing customer service skills. Thank you Catherine, I am super happy with the choices you helped me pick out.

The Sales Associate, Lucas, made all the difference in the world! This was my very first pair of glasses, and after visiting the store several times — along with a few others — I kept leaving without making a purchase. Once Lucas introduced themself, everything changed. They took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and truly helped me narrow down which frames worked best for me without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Most importantly, Lucas introduced me to the new program and explained it in a way that made everything click. Lucas honestly made my Mother’s Day weekend. Even though the store had already closed by the time we finished reviewing all of the options, they never once rushed me and continued helping me with such kindness and professionalism. Lucas’ manager, Jen, was equally stellar & incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She also took the time to explain the program further and offered to answer any additional questions I had. What an amazing team and such a wonderful experience from start to finish!
