I could not be more pleased with Gina’s kind and knowledgeable assistance today when I stopped in to the LensCrafters at Macy’s in Burlington and asked to have my glasses adjusted. She was very friendly and took care of it immediately and sent me on my way. It was so convenient and efficient. I have used LensCrafters for years and this is just another reason I highly recommend them. Thank you, Gina and LensCrafters.

Matt is such a great person all around! He is extremely helpful, friendly and informative. He has made my visit at lenscrafters amazing! The manager is also great and friendly. Beyond happy with their customer service and help.

I came in for a pair of sunglasses and wasn't disappointed! They had tons of styles and lots of fun frames. Matt was super helpful, picking out all the funky frames they had and helping with picking which fit the best! This location isn't even closest to me but I would come again just for the helpful staff.

Matt is amazing! He helped me throughout my whole experience at lens crafters! Compared prices, helped me with the insurance benefits claim. He even explained everything from detail to detail and no bs or beating around the bush just to get a sale. He is a straight up forward honest guy that really helped me picked the right glasses so i can finally see again. Eye doctor Sonya is also amazing! She is very friendly and helpful during my eye exam. My overall experience here is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend coming here for you’re eye needs! Definitely 5/5star rating across the board!! Ya’ll have a customer for life! Thank you for a pleasant experience.
