I have often passed by Lenscrafters while shopping at Macys and noticed the wide selection of glasses. I finally decided to try on a Gucci pair of sunglasses and I loved them. The optometrist and his assistant were very thorough. Erica, the manager, with her friendly smile, was very helpful. I had a thorough exam and wasn’t rushed into making a decision. They take most insurance plans. I highly recommend LensCrafters at the Queens Center Mall.

Gabi gave us excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, and most importantly patient with my mother and I. We walked outta there with some cute glasses!
They confirmed my 4 year olds appointment, pulled up my insurance and confirmed all is good, Called me, texted me, called me again, emailed me. Pretty much harassed me all day and then called me end of the business day to cancel my appointment because now apparently the doctor only sees kids 5 and up. Clowns. 🤡. Definitely discrimination. First phone call the lady said “we were able to pull up your insurance with birthdate and name alone, so they knew her age. Losers.🤡
I just went now 05/07/2026 at 05:20pm because i was so eager to purchase a new eyeglasses however when i asked for the price, the female staff was so rude and told me to finish first her other customer and to think there is another staff that she could have relayed the inquiry. She looks unhappy with her work. She needs to resign now and look for something that will make her happy.
Disgusting service - is in a mall they don’t tell you where the location is - they inside a Macy’s they don’t tell you that either - and when you get there 13 minutes late they tell you that they can’t service you because the appointments after you are there already so if you want wait to see if they can take care of you - at least 40 minutes. Horrible and they look at you like you like you have 3 heads.
