I would like to thank Deborah from the ladies shoes department, for going above and beyond today… I found one shoe on sales rack she looked for match..after looking for about 10 minutes, she came back and said “sorry” she didn’t see it…. But if I leave my name and number she would continue her search and call me if she found it… well after being home 45 minutes she called and said she had the match… she noted she had help looking.. I am so grateful, cause that’s real customer service….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from days gone by!!!! Kudos to you!!!!!!

Bree was helping me out today while I was shopping at pandora. I wanted to get my sisters something special and make it nice for Christmas. Her services were terrible and she was very unprofessional. She kept yelling out that she was hungry and hasn’t eaten instead of assisting me the she said Macy’s should have provided her food. I even heard her talking about me to another employee saying I was about to piss her off and then she threw my charm when I said, ‘’you don’t have to throw them since I will be paying for it she lied and said I threw the back of the charm not yours. I don’t plan on coming back and if I do, she definitely won’t be assisting me again. Some of the other workers seem nice so if you do go, just don’t go to her. Her attitude is very nasty and she is rude.
yesterday i went to fairlane mall to get my grad dress and met a worker named Lapree. he was the best and kindest worker in there. he took me around and helped me find the scent i wanted for graduation and he gave me a sample. love him so much he gave me such good advice for life. 1000/10 do recommend guys find him if you need help, Lapree!
The lady working today on the third floor was very rude. I asked for her help two times and she ignored me. I asked for help again & she said she was busy helping a customer, the customer was still looking around . She could’ve answered my simple question meanwhile the customer was still shopping. No customer service at all, I also work retail and each customer should have an excellent shopping experience. This is very unfortunate
I had a disappointing experience at Macy’s! The cashier located near the entrance of the second floor unfortunately did not seem to understand basic customer service or how to speak respectfully to customers. She kept repeatedly saying, “No returns, no returns,” and told me to try the items on before buying because there are no returns. She also kept asking, “Are you sure you want it?” and asked me several unnecessary questions. I was very confused because I never asked about returns — I only wanted to pay for the items I selected. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service!
