Optometrist was good!! very professional quick was able to see me in the short notice. where they went wrong was the sales staff very unprofessional very uninformed of there own polices and procedures. I was left feeling confused and disoriented. Save your time. Get your eye check! and go somewhere else for your glasses

I just left the Macy’s LensCrafters and Adriana and Emily were AMAZING! Two pairs of sunglasses had become too uncomfortable to wear (keeping sunglasses in car in FL heat - no bueno). Even w/o an appt, they assisted me on the spot! Adriana adjusted one and Emily the other. They took their time and made several frame adjustments until each fit comfortably again. I asked a/b obtaining a new case for each pair, both different brands. I was so happy they had the exact cases I needed. The crazy part is when I went to the register to pay, Adriana told me there’s no charge! She and Emily resized 2 pairs of sunglasses and replaced both cases. I was absolutely amazed! Retail can be hectic, so it’s not always easy to find nice people that go above and beyond to provide great service….but free?!?!?!?! AMAZING!!!

The care, service and professionalism is excellent. I walked in to request a copy of my last prescription and left with a pair of sunglasses I had been searching for weeks. The staff is great, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the optometrist is exceptional and highly professional. It is a pleasure to visit and never a log wait to be be seen. I highly recommend LensCrafters Optique at Macy’s. AR

I had the best experience today with Adriana. She said I took her time to show me different glasses frames and review my prescription. She was very patient kind and understanding I’ve been coming here for multiple years and I highly recommend. Adriana, thank you For your lovely customer service skills you were amazing and made my experience unforgettable.
