I walked in because the nose pieces on my glasses broke at work! Art was super helpful and fixed them right up for me so I could wear my glasses comfortably for the remainder of my shift. Thank you Art and thank you Lens Crafters! ❤️❤️
Daniel was such a big help! He gave perfect suggestions for frames and even helped me narrow down my options! He was insightful, funny, and a pleasure to work with. He helped me get frames I am excited to wear. I have not had a bad experience at LensCrafters before, but this visit was arguably the best. Very thankful for Daniel’s expertise.
Jorge was extremely helpful and efficient. He was able to help us find the correct lens to order and replace the meta glass transition lens that don’t really transition well. He quickly swapped out the lens and so we didn’t need to get a new pair of glasses! 10/10 service
On a Saturday evening my glasses broke and I was desperate for anyone to fix them. I called LensCrafters at Barton Creek mall and spoke to Alex who said that they could try. Upon arrival, Alex greeted me and was able to replace the screw in about 5 minutes and she did it free of charge! Excellent customer service service!
Tatiana at the Barton Creek LensCrafters was absolutely amazing! She was warm, professional, patient, and made the whole experience so easy from start to finish. Her customer service was top-tier, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend asking for Tatiana — she is wonderful!!!!
