Awful. I made a walk in appt, waited an hour. The girl didn't know anything and was so disorganized and flustered. She sighed after every sentence and seemed genuinely perplexed by my "Do you take walk ins" question. (Mind you there was only one other customer there that another employee was helping). Came back at my time and was told that the person who had an appointment scheduled at the same time decided to show up ,so we could wait another hour or go to a different location to see if they had any appointments. She never offered to call the other office to see, and never apologized. If you are going to offer walk in appointments, make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing to take care of those potential customers. I have never been to a LensCrafters before, and after this experience never will. Walked out frustrated, having never seen the dr.
