Dr Paige was superb. She examined my eyes thoroughly and answered my questions. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and walk out with my pair of prescription glasses. Awesome work and I'll be back here for my next pair.
I had a truly great experience at this LensCrafters. Stephanie working the front helped me set up a appointment for later in the week and when I came back a few days later remembered me. She was super friendly and efficient. I saw Dr. Stephens for my eye exam and she was also super friendly and explained everything she was doing really well also. One of the best experiences I’ve had going to the eye doctor!
I had a great experience from the time I walked up to Stephanie. She adjusted my glasses perfectly with only one try. I also found another frame that I liked. Stephanie looked up my insurance and found that I was actually eligible for new frames and eye exam. Paige the optometrist got me right in for the exam and actually found out that my vision had slightly improved. Nadia helped me to select and get my frames measured them for fit. Best experience in years! They were all very friendly, fast, and efficient!
This was such a wonderful and smooth experience. This was my first eye exam so I didn’t have a lot of insight into the process. Dr. Aaron Winstead was so patient and explained everything so well and clearly. Stephanie was extremely helpful in helping me choose my frames and explain all the payment and warranty information. She and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. I plan to come back to Lens Crafters for service in the future!
