Sonia was very sweet, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. She even made sure that the frames complimented my eyes and face shape (something I didn’t think of lol). I’ve referred all of my friends to her! Glasses came in faster than expected. Overall super convenient and excellent experience!

I came in to have my glasses adjusted and had a very pleasant experience. Bryan helped me and was very knowledgeable. He not only adjusted 3 pairs of glasses but also put new pads on one of them!👏🏻. I highly recommend the New Caney store. Thank you Bryan

My visit at the LensCrafters in New Caney, Texas was a very pleasant experience. Brian the assistant manager was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the store products. His choice of frames were excellent which suited my facial structure. I enjoyed my visit on today. If you are in need of eye ware for the future go see Brian.

Went to Lenscrafters today and was helped by assistant manager Bryan. Bryan helped me pick out a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses and educated me on their use. He was patient and knowledgeable on the products. Bryan made me feel comfortable with my purchase and I highly recommend him and this location.

Michelle has helped me find glasses the last two prescriptions. She can go to the shelf and pull frames that look great on me. She just has a really good eye for that - combine that with her sweet professional personality, you can’t go wrong with her helping you! The other staff are great as well, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. LensCrafters always does a beautiful job with my prescription and mine is complicated! I’ve been using LensCrafters for about five years now and have never had to send a prescription back for a correction. Highly recommended! I use the location at the Grand Parkway and 59 but I’m sure they are all wonderful.
