Isaac was a tremendous and amazing at his job! My wife’s Ferragamo glasses screw was lost and Isaac came to the rescue and saved her. I appreciate the customer service and support. He definitely earned my business. Shawn.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I dropped off my glasses on July 22 and was told the repair would take up to 7 business days. As of August 5, I still don't have them. What's even more frustrating is that every time I called, I was given a different story: After five business days, I was told they would be ready in another two days. Another representative said the glasses weren't actually picked up until July 24, so I should count the seven business days from that date. Later, I was told they were still at the lab. On August 4, I was told the glasses had arrived at the store and were just undergoing a final inspection, and that I would receive a call, text, or email on August 5 to pick them up. Today is August 5, and I have received nothing—no call, no text, no email. I spent over $650 on these glasses, in addition to paying for insurance. I rely on them every day for my job, and I've been forced to struggle with an outdated prescription while waiting. The lack of communication, conflicting information, and broken promises have been unacceptable. What disappoints me most is that no one has taken responsibility. There has been no apology, no proactive update, and no genuine effort to help. Instead, I was repeatedly given inconsistent information that turned out to be inaccurate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. The customer service was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. In particular, my interactions with Jerry left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. If you're considering spending hundreds of dollars on eyewear, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and respect—none of which I experienced here.

We were fortunate to have Isaac help us at the Fashion Valley store. His knowledge, professionalism and patience with us was exemplary. He also has a very keen sense of style, and was able to find the best frames for my face shape and eye color. He truly is one of a kind and a huge asset to LensCrafters.

Jerry was very helpful and kind, and offered helpful information without being pushy during the sale. The marketing tactics at LensCrafters can be very aggressive as associates are incentivized to upsell, so I am SO grateful to Jerry for giving me options without making me uncomfortable. Happy with this location and the team they’ve put together here!!

Ms. Crystal is super sharp and skilled, so it made this first visit easy and painless. With no effort, she pulled up our vision plan benefits, explained options, crunched numbers, took measurements and provided a time estimate to completion, and is a really pleasant lady. Nice looking store with high end frames too.
