Being 40 and getting glasses for the first time seemed like it would be a big deal and something I wasn't looking forward to. But as soon as I walked in Stephanie came to help and turned the whole visit into a great experience. She was so helpful, great listener, highly intelligent and very detailed oriented. Stephanie showed me lots of styles, assisted me every step of the way, very professional... couldn't recommend this lens crafters more... wish I could give 7 stars. Do yourself a favor, call this office and ask for Stephanie :)

We had our glasses broken and stopped by LensCrafters hoping they could help. Jaydah repaired them for free in just a few minutes. She was quick, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service — really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!

First time in this Lenscrafters location and I cannot brag enough about how great the service was! We worked with Madison who was both professional and very knowledgeable. We will return here for all of our glasses needs!

Stephanie is killing it!!! starting to feel like she is family now but very professional at the same time. They are friendly with personal attention to all that walk in. Anytime we need frames or new prescriptions we will be going to LensCrafters in Flagstaff. Good luck on your new home Stephanie.
