Nationwide Vision Center

My husband and I are new to Flagstaff, so we don’t have a doctor up here.We live most of the year in Phoenix. My left eye began to burn and kept getting red over the course of a couple of days. I called Nationwide Vision and the receptionist was very friendly and gave me a same day appointment with the doctor. When I arrived everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was seen very quickly, no long wait. Dr. Fischman was just delightful- great bedside manner, friendly and personable. She examined my eyes to see what was going on and prescribed a couple of meds for the swelling, redness and discomfort. Her assistants rescheduled me for five days later. The meds worked great and upon my return visit, Dr. Fischman and her staff were all so sweet and kind, as before. I highly recommend Dr. Fischman and her Nationwide Vision staff in Flagstaff, AZ. Thank you for making me not only feel better, but for making me feel welcomed.

I would recommend this office to everyone. From the i walked in the door I was welcomed and treated in a very respectful manner. The Optometrist Colleen is a joy and so very open and listen to my questions.And answer all of them and trust me , there are many laughing. I was greeted for my first screening by Cynthia. Her professional , warm demeanor instantly put me at ease. After seeing the Dr. Colleen, I was greeted by Krishna, who I must say has the patience of an angel. I had many questions because my insurance had changed. She very patiently answered them and helped me understand fully how the insurance would impact the cost of my visit. I left feeling totally satisfied respected and actually cared about. The entire team is a wonder. Thank you Nationwide of Flagstaff , for being so wonderful and such a blessing to our community.

These folks are great, warm, kind and professional. I felt bad going in on a snowy day, but they were fun and cool people who were SO knowledgeable! I appreciate them all, from the front end staff to the doc who showed me images of the interior of my eyes, which I had never seen before!

This office was great! It was my first time getting my eyes checked and Dr Colleen Fischman was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My glasses work just how I was hoping and I’m loving them! Thank you!

Staff was welcoming, professional and answered all the questions I needed answered. Very accommodating and place was clean. The only thing that bugged me was one staff member who just stared at you and didn't say anything. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Other than that, experience was great.
