5 stars for Brittany who repaired my glasses after the lense fell out. We were in Flagstaff for 1 day only so the rapid and attentive service provided really did save the day. Thank you Brittany 😊
i came here in dec 28 2020 and while i get we were in covid pandemic the staff hadn't adjusted up yet to accommodate customers. had to try on frames masked in common area not like some closed off room where i could take mask off with good air filtration. i picked up in January 2021, because of demands at time i called ahead and asked if there was going to be an issue if i arrived in 10 minutes, they assured me no worries. on arrival they treated me like i should have known they had max occupants for covid, after 10 min wait that i wasnt expecting i was allowed in to pickup my glasses - that was all i was allowed to do. they ended up being really bad frames for me and the lenses were 100% unusable - i probably spent $200 to $300 with insurance on trash. they didnt have a customer centric process down after 8 to 9 months of covid restriction and made me feel unwelcome. i now buy from zenni.
Amazing! Trip/Lifesavers!!! My frames broke during my trip so I stopped by and Miss Brittany and her assistant saved the trip. The frames need to be replaced but she was able to fix them so I could resume the holiday. Best service ever!!!
OMG! Where do I begin? First, if you’re searching for a new look, make an appointment with Ryan. He’s a real kick! He had me try a variety of cute and colorful styles so he could see what best fit my face. (I’m lucky that I can wear a variety of styles.) But I came here on a mission’ I have wanted a pair of Ronit Furst glasses ever since I saw a French lady wearing a pair. If you’re not familiar with the name, you might be familiar with Pru Leith from The Great British Baking Show. She’s known for her bold and colorful eyewear, which is by Israeli artist, Ronit Furst. Smart Specs is the ONLY Arizona eyewear store to carry her frames. If you have a flair for the creative or just want a pair of glasses that are different and stylish, go see Ryan! Oh, and I’m sure they do great eye exams, too. Every one I saw while there seemed very happy!
