Wonderful service at Flagstaff Vision! I had a great eye appointment in the fall and came back this month to get my new frame fit adjusted. Delfina fixed my frames in 5 minutes and provided fantastic service. Highly recommend Flagstaff Vision!
Dr. Patrick and Emily were wonderful! I had a pair of pretty old frames that I needed help adjusting, and they brought them back to life. Dr. Patrick spent a good amount of time readjusting them until they were just right, thank you so much!
I was able to get in quickly without a wait, early in the morning after dropping my kids off at school. I'd lost a screw out of a pair of glasses, the nose pads were old, the glasses were dirty. Will helped fix every thing in under 5 mins, no judgement on the fact I was holding my glasses together with an earring stud! There is a cost ($10) which for the availably and speed and quality of the fix, is totally reasonable. Definitely would go here again. Will is great.
Can only give 5 stars to Emily. She went above and beyond her job and customer service. She takes her time with every customer she interacts with and will go over the process until they completely understand. Place is way overpriced and when you pick up your frames, they just hand them to you. No case. Go to America's Best near Buffalo Wild Wings if you are in Flagstaff. They were almost $300 cheaper than this place. Great customer service, great products, excellent pricing. Ask for Ryanna there!!
I left my contacts in Litchfield Park. I called Flagstaff Vision and Angelina said to bring in my prescription and she would see if they had trial lens that would fit. They gave me the trial lens and didn’t charge a dime. The whole staff was super nice.
