This was my best experience at a Lens Crafters. I had shopped at another location for years. The store had a good vibe and Jim, Store Manager, helped me find the perfect frames! It was a very positive experience!
LensCrafters is my go-to because of the outstanding service from Jim (Store Manager) and Kevin. They’ve both been here for years and consistently provide a great experience. They are always helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and maintain such positive attitudes. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and that’s why I keep coming back.
James Fosbenner was amazing incredibly patient!! Super friendly customer service and great quality products definitely recommend. There glasses selection was really impressive and great prices for sure
Awful experience! I called and made an appt for my husband. He'd been there before. I gave them his insurance over the phone. No problems, they didn't say they didn't take his insurance or anything. Then my husband arrives to his appointment only to be told they don't take his insurance. They could've told us that over the phone. On top of which, we used an additional benefit that our insurance offers last time he was there. They didn't look at his file to see what was used in the past. They're just there to inconvenience their customers. I am truly disgusted that they don't know how to do their job at all.
