⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Lexi at Lens Direct! From start to finish, she provided exceptional customer service. I ordered replacement lenses for two pairs of my sunglasses, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Lexi was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Because of Lexi’s outstanding support, I’ll definitely be ordering from Lens Direct again. I have not received my glasses yet but the team and communication has been great. I spoke with Bibi today and she was able to confirm several questions I have. Bibi was efficient, clear and polite. She researched and explained the updates on my order. Know this review is based on the customer service I have received so far as a fist time customer. Product review will come after I receive the prescription glasses. But know Bibi at customer service CHAT and Dion A. from email customer service were awesome.

Sherine, assisted me with postponing my order. She was patient, fast and friendly. She also communicated what to expected next. Very efficient service. I have been a subscriber for a little more than a year and customer service is always top-tier.

I contacted LensDIrect about an order for contact lenses, Kadisha answered my call and was professional plus pleasant with my concerns. Although I was able to go online and access my order, I was concerned when I saw the contact lenses were not yet shipped out. Kadisha looked up my order and explained that the prescription and payment were verified, but would reach out to the shipping department to inquire as to when the order would be shipped. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Kadisha that the lenses would be shipped out today, plus I received an email with the tracking number. Thank you Kadisha and thank you LensDirect for going forward and ensuring successful customer satisfaction!
