My husband and I had a great visit with Dr Lerner! We were able to book our appointments together with very short notice. The actual visit was thorough and felt seamless even though she was tending to both of us. Dr Lerner helped me to try on contacts for the first time in decades and was patient as I fumbled getting them in. I appreciated her calm nature while discussing some potential concerns with my husband. We both felt very comfortable throughout the visit and agreed that we will schedule future appointments with her. Definitely recommend!

I saw Dr. Lerner for the first time today for a routine eye exam. She was great; thorough, informative, and personable. I was also impressed with her staff. They weren't only welcoming, but they diagnosed and solved an insurance issue that was baffling me. A great experience all around.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Lerner! She listened carefully to my issues and provided solutions that work perfectly for me. The practice is very thorough when it came time to order my progressive lenses and other eyeglasses. Highly recommend!

Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. We arrived before noon and waited over 40 minutes without being seen. What made the situation even more frustrating was that patients with later appointment times were being called back while we were still waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but if a provider is consistently running behind schedule, appointments should be scheduled accordingly or patients should be informed about the delay. My time is valuable too, and I had to return to work. When I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, I was simply told, “If you have to leave, you have to leave.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to check on the status of our appointment. The lack of respect for patients’ time and the unprofessional response from the front desk made this a very disappointing experience

Clean bright modern office. Easy making appointments. Parking is lot parking behind building $2/ hr. Optometrist Dr Lerner is great. Spent a.lot of time figuring out my high prescription and astigmatism and not rushed. Will return
