I called to get a vision check and was told they don’t have an optometrist. I didn’t even ask why. I know they used to have one. But the lady on the phone was nice so they got 3 stars.

Waited for an hour for may eye exam because the doctor was late. Walmart made my glasses and the prescription came back wrong. I had a second pair made which turned out fine. Two weeks later the left arm fell off. The frames I selected were discontinued and could not be replaced. They ordered a 3rd pair with a different frame. The new frame is a terrible fit for my face. I told them I would just rather have my broken glasses back and call it a day. They refused. $400 dollars later I have a pair of glasses I don't like and I'm out a lot of time going back in there and waiting. The worst part is they treated my like I was a grifter trying to pull a scam.

Waited 2 hours for an eye exam with an appointment. Glasses came in after a week and we're wrong. Sent back to lab. Was shipped back to the store and no one knows where they are in transit. So I've been without glasses for 2 weeks and they have never offered to right the situation.

Everything went well, I’ll return here again if I need a new pair of prescription glasses.
