The staff greets you and gives immediate attention register you when you enter. I didn't wait long. Dr Walker saw me at my scheduled time. Dr Walker is kind and respectful. He's very thorough. He explains what he's doing thoughout the examination. He answered all my questions. The technician who fits me for glasses is very kind and helpful. I like coming to see Dr Walker and getting an eye exam annually.
This was my second visit to Levin's Eye Care. My first was when I was in my 20s, I'm in my 60s now. This shows the exceptional care that I remember and wanted to come back to after receiving mediocre eye care from other eye care specialist. As I aged, I needed to take better care of my eyes and remembered this practice. The staff is amazing, from the time I entered the front door. The greetings are warm and friendly. There's literally no waiting time. Everything is explained in great detail. Dr. Richard Levin is very patient and informative as he guides you through his process. As well as the technician who assisted me with picking out my frames, down to the office manager who took time out to explain and added procedure, to make sure I was comfortable with it. Rest assured I will be recommending them to friends and family and be returning customer for life. A. Goode.
The staff is always very pleasant, meticulous, and professional. My exams are always very thorough and my results are explained in a way that a lay person can understand. After having to change my ophthalmologist due to my previous provider returning to Ireland, I was worried that I wouldn't find someone/someplace comparable. Levin Eyecare & Dr. Choi quickly assuaged my concerns by going above and beyond in providing excellent care. Thank you so much!!
My Diabetes means I plan appointments around sugar high and low. 11 AM appointment should be over by lu ch at 12 noon. 11:40am seen for 10 minute meeting And eye exam. Add drops 10 minutes till they work. Not seen by MD till 26 minutes later. Real time spent being seen 20 minutes. Total time 90 minutes. TSA staff, airline style overlooking.
My visit to the Pikesville office was very pleasant. I did not have to wait long. I was greeted professionally. Dr. Walker was informative, took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Most of all made sure I understood the condition of my eyes. I would readily recommend Dr. Walker to my friends and family.
