I came to the Dundalk location with my daughter, the visit with the Eye Dr was amazing. However, after ordering glasses and picking up my daughters, the older blonde hair lady that works there was rude as can be! She was snippy with my daughter on her glasses choice to begin with. When she was measuring my daughters face to try to fix them she bent her ear, when my daughter said ouch, she said maybe she shouldnt have so many piercings. Who are you to say that to my child? Your opinion on her self expression is none of your concern. Then when she "Adjusted them" they were still too big. She made more and more smart comments about her glasses choice. I will not return to this office. I will also let all my family and friends know to not come here for glasses as well. This office would be so much better if the Dr had different staff. Not to mention the front desk girl yells at you from the door asking for your name when you walk in. Instead of waiting to get patient information when your at the desk! Disgusting
