Dr. Levinson and his team have provided my family with the highest level of service and care for several years now. They are the best! Dr. Levinson himself is friendly and humorous... and he's also through, careful, and responsive. His team - the office staff and the medical staff - are likewise both warm, pleasant, fun... and very professional. I have a strong impression, whenever I go in for an appointment, that people in the office actually like each other! That's very nice, and matches the positive outcomes my family has experienced in every interaction we've had. Everything has gone so well, from short visits and check-ups to lasik and lens replacement procedures. We can't praise this office enough, or recommend this practice more highly.

Unprofessional communication services. Every contact attempt to confirm care or communicate. The receptionist answers the call and as you are introducing yourself or asking for a assistance, she hangs up or disconnects the call. Every single time I've called this specific location, every time it's the same issue with the same receptionist, it's very unprofessional. Very frustrating for providers and patients to communicate. I hope something can be done about this.

The "Karen" that answered the phone WOULD NOT help me. I was completely professional but I guess on Monday, November 17th, 2025 at approximately 2pm it wasn't the time to help me book an appointment or to check my insurance. Dr. Levinson, may I suggest that AI could do a better job? That with your 4.4 stars, you just lost a client with an eye disease who yearly needs glasses. Sorry not sorry

Dr. Levinson & his team are professional, thorough & genuinely care about their patients health & well-being. He is a very experienced Surgeon & Optometrist & the level of confidence, in the whole team, is there. I have had great results from my PRK surgery & would never choose go to anyone else. I was very pleased with my visit today. For the first time in my life, I'm at a point where I simply cannot read up close without corrective lenses. Dr. Levinson was so helpful explaining all of my options. I have not worn glasses or contacts since I had lasik ten years ago. I had gradually come to the realization that my vision needed correction once again, but felt rather helpless and uninformed. I ended up trying a contact lens in my left eye for reading, and leaving my right eye as is for distance. There are other options that I may try now that I am informed of what they are. Dr. Levinson is so kind and helpful, genuinely concerned about his patients. Thank you so much.
