Wait time average. Staff all pleasant and easy to interact with. Appreciated being told before appointment the length of visit and that they would be dilating my eyes Scheduling and pre-op instructions went well. Savanna pleasant, supportive and informative. Dr Wang professional and encouraging.
Dr. Wang spends time with his patients. A lot of time. He makes sure you understand your unique situation. My retinas became injured during my cataract surgery, due to the fact I waited so long for the surgery, it was difficult for him to extract them. He sent me to Dr Zheng. A retina specialist. I am so glad to be able to see better and drive at night. And my situation is resolving. Thank You so much Dr. Wang. I’m with Westward on your nomination for best doctors in Denver.
Great office and staff. I wish they would have mentioned that parking was available in any of the reserved spots in the garage. I had to park on the street over a block away which wasn't a problem going but after you get your eyes dilated it is a bit of a chore. Dr. Wang and his staff answered all of my questions and then some I didn't ask. Great bedside manners from everyone there. I will be scheduling surgery soon and there was no up sell on my options.
I booked my appointment for Monday. They canceled on me and I rescheduled for Tuesday early. I arrived on time and was seen by my Doctor an hour after my appointment time. With their new merger and cancellation (doctor was not sick and was out of town), there were way way way too many people there all trying to be seen at the same time. The staff was incredible, nonetheless. They just needed to not have so many appointments in a day.
