Dr. Frazee is knowledgeable and provides excellent medical care. His staff is also professional, friendly, and works hard to ensure patients are taken care of. However, during my visits to both Plano and Lewisville offices, I noticed that the doctor often spoke to the staff in a way that came across as rude or dismissive. It created a noticeably tense atmosphere in the office, which made the overall experience feel uncomfortable. The staff handled themselves professionally despite the situation, and I appreciate their dedication. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more respectful and positive work environment would benefit both the staff and the patients.

Wonderful office staff! Dr. Frazee is kind, patient, answers questions, explains everything and there is no rush! Tech that did refraction was professional and knowledgeable. Very good experience!!! I chose to use their Optician and he also was very helpful and very knowledgeable. No sales pressure. The entire group seems motivated to ensure you get first class care rather than running through as many people as possible and upselling on eyewear! One in a million Opthamology practice. Been going to Dr. Frazee for a few years now and always have a great experience. He’s been very flexible getting me in quickly to see him if I have an issue. He’s always been helpful during the appointments giving me lots of information and options and answering questions. Nothing but good things to say.

Dr Frazer was the most incredible, empathetic ophthalmologist I have ever heard of !! After my discussion with him regarding my PVD and my panic, he sensed it and asked me to come in on Saturday morning at 7:30 before he opened for business with scheduled appointments! That is simply outstanding and unheard of today!

Dr. Frazee has been my doctor for around 30 years. He is excellent. He did my cataract surgery many years ago and my eyes are still great. I would recommend him to anyone.
