I’ve come for a couple years now and have always had a great experience. I’ve seen Dr. Lorde who was kind, a great listener, and able to answer all my nerdy questions and talk me through everything. And even though it’s attached to LensCrafters I felt no pressure to buy from there, which I appreciated (I go to Costco- pro tip: they have great deals on frames and lenses). Highly recommend.
The doctors are good, but their scheduling stinks. I had an appointment I made a year ago. I got text messages to confirm the appointment, then I showed up to the appointment and was told it was canceled because I didn’t “verify” it. I showed her the text chain that ends with “ Thank you, we will see you at your appointment “. They squeezed me in, but it wasn’t with my usual doctor, and I had to wait- due to their error.
Both of my kiss had eye exams today and both doctors were absolutely amazing. They both have autism and adhd so staying still can be challenging but everyone was so professional and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommended!
I was a walk in and there just happened to be a cancellation. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jamie, Mia and Maria , my entire experience was 5 star worthy!! Everyone there treated me like a VIP. Then I met Dr Chow, she is not only professional and kind, she is AMAZING! I found my new eye doctor/ place!! Great experience!!! These employees MAKE it a wonderful place!!
I have been to this practice before and was impressed and yesterday proved it again.From the greeting as we arrived to the tech (Macci) sorry for the spelling to my clinician kindness and experience showed true professionalism! Iwas on a walker and M. Got me settled for the testing safely.My daughter-in-law was very impressed with the care,she had not accompanied me previously. .Kudos to all see you in the fall.
