I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lifetime Eye Care! Dr. Kennedy is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, thorough, and truly caring. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The ladies in his office are equally incredible — so fun, welcoming, and always professional. Every visit is a great experience from start to finish. I genuinely love this office and highly recommend it to everyone, especially families. They make eye care easy, comfortable, and enjoyable!

The team at Lifetime Eye Care are amazing. I can’t say enough good about them and the process of an eye exam and glasses…..every step is wonderful. I highly recommend them for all of your vision needs!

Best staff anywhere!! They go out of their way to make sure patients are taken care of in a timely manner, all questions are answered and patients leave completely satisfied. So lucky to have these people in our lives!!

I injured my eye and by Saturday it was obvious that I needed to see an eye doctor. The only place that was open in Spearfish was Lifetime Eye Care with an optometrist on call. The optometrist took good care of me and informed me that they are always on call for emergencies all I have to do is call their office to gain access to the on-call optometrist 24/7. I went back for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. The glasses are great quality, and I feel that I got what I paid for, I bought 2 pair. At other businesses I have spent a lot of money and thought I've received sub-par product.
