This was the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. Unlike other specialists who seemed focused on selling glasses, Dr. Nance took a thorough, patient-centered approach. She carefully explained my condition and walked me through multiple care options. On top of that, she has a warm and engaging personality that made the entire visit enjoyable.

I have been coming here for years and have always just loved Dr. Nance & Dr. Simmons! I saw Dr. Hart today for the first time, and she was extraordinary! She explained to me how one other medical issue that I have affects an issue having to do with my eyes, and that understanding made a world of difference! I love how personable & genuine they all are and appreciate their time & care.

The doctors did just fine giving me a standard eye exam. When I scheduled my appointment I was told they accepted my insurance when I asked. After the exam, I found that they are out of network. That added $35 to the cost of the appointment and would have added a lot to the new frames I need if I had Sam's Optic fill it. I won't go back. I'm very unhappy about what I feel was dishonesty by omission.
