The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Each person handled their role exceptionally well. Dr. Mary Vo was extremely thorough with my exam, explaining clearly and making sure I understood her concerns. The overall experience was excellent! I recommend this practice highly.
Dr. Vo is always so patient and thorough. Over the last few years, she’s caught conditions that would have otherwise gone unnoticed, explained everything clearly, and referred me to other doctors when needed. The staff have been especially helpful scheduling additional appointments with in-network specialists on my behalf, and take extra care in not sharing patient information that would violate HIPAA. I appreciate the appointment reminders via text and email as well as the ability to check-in online. I know I’m in great hands with Lifetime Vision.
I recently visited Lifetime Vision to get my annual eye exam, Dr. Mary Vo is wondering! She’s very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. The exam was thorough. All the front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.
it was my first time here. decent glasses; however, when i asked the person to bend the ends of the glasses, they said that they needed to charge an additional 15 dollars just because the frames were not from the store. other places i’ve been to provided the service for free.

The assistants are quick and easygoing, so the routine pre-exams are handled easily. The doctors are experienced and cordial, so they relate any information about diagnoses in a way that is easy to grasp but also comprehensive.
